to the client because he feels that the finished product is a reflection of his own personal commitment to excellence.

Cost Control
Magnum Construction, Inc. is sensitive to the fact that everyone operates on a budget and will use all of its resources available to help identify any potential problem up front thus avoiding change orders and cost overruns later in the project.

Performance
Magnum Construction, Inc. has never missed an opening date or scheduled completion in 20 years of business, working on hundreds of projects. Many phases of work are done "in house", thus giving Magnum better control of the schedule.

Service and Warranty
All of our work is guaranteed for one year from completion. Should any problems arise,
we have personnel available 24 hours a day seven days a week to handle any problem
or emergency that may occur. Many of our clients appreciate this when they participate
in our more long term maintenance program.

Maintenance
We keep a data base on all of our clients participating in our maintenance program
listing the location of stores or offices, specifics particular to the location (i.e. paint
colors, carpet types, etc.) so we can quickly and efficently take care of any maintence
or emergency needs.
